Product Marketing Page Strategy

In 2011, I led the effort to redesign the product pages on Dell.com, in order to simplify our product content, which was too complicated and lengthy for the average user.

Using UX principals of progressive disclosure, I was able to make the content more concise and scannable.

The results, for the first page alone, were positive:

  • +$25M in incremental revenue

  • +14% conversion

  • +17% in revenue per purchase.

As a result, we rolled out this change across Dell's global site.
